New Managing Director for E.C.H. Will

Mr. Aarestrup will assume the tasks formerly handled by Bruno Posset and Frank-Uwe Schulz. Mr. Posset has been offered a new management position within the Körber Group. Mr. Schulz has decided to leave the Group to pursue new opportunities. Since August 2002, Mr. Aarestrup has been a Member of the Executive Committee at Gallus Ferdinand Rüesch AG, a manufacturer of label printing machines in St. Gallen, Switzerland. In this position he was responsible for marketing, sales and product management group-wide. Mr. Aarestrup is Danish. He is married and has two children. After leaving Denmark in 1995, he has lived and worked in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Germany and Switzerland.
