We are currently looking for a Service Implementation Consultant (f/m) for an interesting project in the financial industry.
+ Organisation, performance and documentation of meetings with all impacted line organisations
+ Create and agree transition/ migration plan with involved parties
+ Creation of documents related to the simulation and production introduction
+ Creation of reporting
+ Organize and track the activities of involved departments and project teams
+ Track and escalate issues posing a risk for the production introduction
+ Track and support solution of technical and functional issues
+ Support the line organizations in the adaptation of Service Level Agreements and operation contracts
+ Coordinate and communicate delivery schedule for new software versions in simulation and production
+ Consultant with minimum of 2-years experience in Service Implementation/Organisational Readiness or related areas.
+ Excellent co-ordination and communication skills
+ Mediation and presentation skills
+ Structured working method, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
+ General functional knowledge of securities settlement
+ Business proficiency in German and English in speaking and writing
+ Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
+ Proficient skills in MS Office, esp. Excel, Power Point
