As a Senior Marketing Analyst with Audible, you will work daily with our marketing and analysts teams around the globe to optimize our acquisition marketing performance. You will manage projects, work conceptually, run analysis and interpret results. You are passionate about data-driven decision-making, uncompromisingly detail oriented and driven to help our business succeed. You are able to manage timelines and coordinate your work with other team members. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the acquisition marketing departments globally in order to understand analytic needs and how to support data-driven decision-making. Own an acquisition marketing analytics stream, defining together with the marketing teams projects aiming to optimize our acquisition marketing strategy and driving the implementation of these projects. Play a pivotal role in optimizing our customer acquisition strategy, conceptualizing and running analysis that generate insights on our acquisition marketing performance, specially on topis like spend allocation, attribution modelling and brand measurement. Closely cooperate with our Data Science team to define, interpret and apply models and machine learning projects. Communicate the result of the business intelligence efforts in a meaningful way to business and stakeholders. Your profile: Business Administration, Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. + 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of Business Intelligence, with a strong focus on Marketing Analytics (spend allocation, attribution modelling and brand measurement). Comfortable working with international teams and cultures. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas in a simple manner across different levels of the organization. Passion for numbers, data and metrics, but also for delivering analysis of highest quality. You are a self-starter capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction. Preferred qualifications: Working understanding of SQL and/or SPSS, R, SAS, Python or Tableau Previous Experience in Marketing Analytics Sounds interesting? Sounds interesting?
