Stutensee, 16.05.2011 - Alliance Memory hat ab sofort SDRAMs im Portfolio in den Kapazitäten 64Mb, 128Mb und 256Mb. Diese sind ab sofort über die MSC Vertriebs GmbH zu beziehen.

64Mb = AS4C4M16S*

128Mb = AS4C8M16S*

256Mb = AS4C16M16S*

Die neue Produktfamilie SDRAM ist optimiert für den Consumer/Industrie/Kommunikations und Medizinbereich, wo eine hohe Memory Bandbreite benötigt wird. Teilweise kommen diese auch in High Performance PC Applikationen zum Einsatz.

Alle Alliance SDRAMs sind x16 organisiert / bleifrei & halogenfrei mit 3.3V im 54-pin TSOPII.
