The Potsdamer Treuhand und Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH (PTW) has acquired a 5% participation in the Resource Development Group, Inc. The Potsdamer Treuhand und Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH is a corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions advisory company that conducts business for its clients both at home and abroad. Many of the M & A transactions which have been carried out by the Potsdamer Treuhand und Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH have been cross-border in nature so that the company has acquired extensive experience in international commerce. The company cooperates on an international basis with renowned M & A organizations and is thus an exclusive partner of the international corporate-finance advisor, Resource Development Group, Inc., in the German-speaking countries. The Potsdamer Treuhand und Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH which was founded in 1990 and currently holds a 100% participation in the ERGOKONZEPT Aktiengesellschaft located in Potsdam, ((www.ergokonzept.de) (100% subsidiary of ERGOMEDIEN AG with limited liability (www.ergomedien.de)) as well as 100% of the QUINTENSA Energiesanierung GmbH operating from Berlin as well as its subsidiary in Finsterwalde.
