CompactFlash-RFID Card Readers to read and write 125 kHz, 134 kHz and 13,56 MHz RFID transponders.

Moers, Germany 10. November 2005 TECTUS RFID experts have integrated LF and HF RFID reader capabilities in a CompactFlash-Card. The CF-Card RFID reader with integrated antenna allows to create out of standard pocket PCs and industrial PDAs easily an RFID handheld terminal. The CF-Card RFID readers are also available with external antenna for complete integration in an industrial handheld. Only a CF-Card-Slot II must be available for easy integration.

Included in the standard delivery package is useful demo software. All necessary software drivers and modules to develop own applications based on Windows and Windows CE are available. System Integrators worldwide found out the helpful functionality. Frequency wise there are two versions available. The LF versions support 125kHz and 134,2 kHz FDX-B and nearly all kind of standard transponders like Unique EM4100, EM4105, Q5, Hitag 1 and S. For HF 13,56 MHz applications and ISO15693 (I-Code, TAG-It) transponders a new CF-Card RFID reader will also be available soon. The 13,56 MHz device will be also available for complete integration in industrial handhelds. Typical applications for the CF-Card readers are in industry and logistics tracking and tracing solutions. For portable and mobile people access registration and time attendance the products are also very useful.
