Digitel signs multi-year contract for fully convergent solution with Orga Systems

One convergent billing system for all customer types Orga Systems’ GOLD Convergent Charging and Billing will be replacing the two legacy billing systems currently in place at Digitel, combining pre- and postpaid on one convergent platform regardless of the service provided and market segment or payment method. The solution offers true prepaid, postpaid and service convergence. Moreover, all customers’ events will be charged in real time, providing comprehensive customer credit management and spending limits.
