Purpose of Products team
PATRIZIA’s ‘Products’ team is in charge of maintaining & evolving PATRIZIA's product shelf with a view to keep it relevant in an ever-changing business environment. We are a direct enabler of new business by managing the strategic & operational Product Development Process, linking the fundraising/Capital Markets teams with our organisation and translating our PATRIZIA’s capabilities for the Capital Markets team and our global private wealth & institutional prospects.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ANALYST/ASSOCIATE PRODUCTS FOR OUR TEAM IN AUGSBURG OR BERLIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

YOUR TASK

• Prepare and maintain product and corporate marketing materials to position and promote PATRIZIA and our product/service offering
• Support senior professionals in preparation of marketing and legal documents as well as bespoke proposal documents to market new investment products to clients
• Conduct research, conception & launch of new real asset investment products incl. helping identify/formulate the relevant investment thesis, incl. proforma business modelling
• Conduct market analysis of competitive product offerings and desktop research of relevant terms of conditions for similar real estate investment products
• Analyse PATRIZIA's capabilities/expertise and investment track record

YOUR PROFILE

• Prior internships/short-term work experience in the Financial Services (ideally real estate investment management) industry
• Ability to stay calm under pressure with a positive, proactive approach to work and an ability to perform in a driven team - willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks
• Analytical nature with impeccable attention to detail and time-management
• Confident communication style and well-developed people management skills - natural and proven ability to develop relationships, internally and externally
• Strong administrative skills and competency in all Microsoft packages – excellent PowerPoint, Excel & Word skills are essential
• Fluent written and spoken English and German
