Junior Group Controller (m|f|d)

Scope of your role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Controlling, you will interface between the Finance department and the Global Business functions. Your role is to support and influence the business by providing financial insights and acting as a trusted and valued advisor to our leadership team.

• Act as Finance Business Partner for our Global Business team (Sales, Operations & Procurement)
• Regular reporting, including analysis and comments on the main performance drivers
• Reconciliation with Group / Regional P&Ls
• Continuous monitoring of company target execution
• Conception and implementation of reports to support target achievement
• Prepare and support forecast (on a rolling monthly basis) and budget planning
• Ad-hoc preparation of individual analysis and decision support documents

Your qualifications:

• University graduate with a very good degree and first relevant practical experience
• Manage and prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Target group-oriented and convincing communication skills at various levels up to management level
• IQ and EQ - High analytical skills and strong team mentality
• Excellent communication skills in the context of a multinational community
• Experienced Excel/PowerPoint user, proficiency in SAP would be an advantage
