The purpose of the Product Manager Servo Drives (m/f/d) role is to grow our core servo drive and controls business and provide a premier experience to our customers.

Your tasks:

• Manage and promote proactively the own product range to guarantee sustainable growth and profit with the relevant portfolio (functions, features, value propositions, launch plans, product roadmaps, product lifecycle, complexity reduction)
• Responsibility for servo drive product ranges (PSD and Compax3), motion controllers (PAC) and Push-To-Fit solutions
• Development of New Product Requirements and collection of marketing data for Winovation process and engineering prioritization process. Close collaboration with R&D team
• Create and update marketing materials in collaboration with marketing communications team including catalogues, presentations, product and application reports, press releases, blog posts, sales bulletins, product videos, etc.
• Provide technical support for key customers and key projects
• Provide proper level of product information and marketing support to sales companies and key customers/distributors
• Cooperate with Division Pricing Manager and Marketing Manager to define pricing and discount strategies and make recommendations
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and identify unmet customer needs, trends and product gaps
• Classify and position products with regard to competitive products
• Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, customer visits as required
• Lead and manage projects as required 

Your profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• In depth knowledge of servo drives and automation technology/industry expertise. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a technical or marketing role
• Strong analytical skills, well-coordinated, pro-active mentality
• Good communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with all different hierarchy levels
• Resilience and persuasive power
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects would be beneficial
• Fluent in German and English. Any other language would be an asset
