9th European State aid Seminar
The European Academy for Taxes, Economics & Law organises this expert's seminar on State Aid rules for national funding and EU funds from December 2nd to 3rd in Belrin.
The compliance of national funding and EU funds with EU State aid rules is under strict control of the European Commission. In addition to existing difficulties, practitioners currently also face the challenge of understanding the changes which are to come as a consequence of the European Commissions State aid modernisation process.
This European seminar offers the opportunity to learn more about the specific scope of State aid rules for National Funding and EU Funds and to gain certainty about upcoming changes. Among others participants will learn:
How to identify State aid
Which types of State aid are compatible with the rules of the TFEU
Which exemptions are laid down by the EU Commission
How to avoid the risk of State aid recovery
How to assess whether a State aid is admissible
How to cumulate different types of aid
How to interpret and apply EU State aid rules in practice, particularly the regulations, guidelines and notices that have been developed by the EU Commission over the last years
The lecturers are European experts and practitioners:
