Pain, fear and other friends – getting „un-stuck“ with the Grinberg Method

Everybody meets them in their lives: pain, fear, stress and pressure.

Often they stay even though we fight them. Avi Grinberg, founder of the Grinberg Method, will talk about how to meet them as a body experience and to transform them into companions. Learning to perceive oneself as a body empowers us to tap into our full potential.

This lecture is a good starting point for all who want to experience the Method themselves and also for those who are interested in becoming a Grinberg Method practitioner.
