The applicant interview continuously poses high demands, even for experienced interviewers. The analysis of the personality structure, with all strengths and weaknesses, must be comprehensive and as error-free as possible if one wants to avoid the often frustrating and costly mistakes in decision-making. This is where the training comes in. Participants will learn everything about the preparation, execution, and evaluation of a job interview.
