Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from the request to the offer
• Independent implementation of digital and personal interviews
• Development of meaningful requirement profiles and job advertisements together with the departments
• Placing job advertisements on various recruiting channels
• Supervision of the complete applicant management
• Direct approach to candidates at career fairs as well as active sourcing via relevant channels
• Participation in various HR projects (including HR processes)
• Trustful cooperation with the HR business partners

Your Responsibilities:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with advanced training to become a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or comparable, gladly completed business studies
• Several years of experience in the field of recruiting
• Knowledge of how to use applicant management systems such as B. SuccessFactors
• Good written and spoken English knowledge
• Goal-oriented, independent and reliable way of working
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
