Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end sales responsibility for the assigned customers incl. customer journey from approaching phases to order taking
- Constantly develop the existing customer portfolio by offering new products or cross-/up-selling opportunities
- Be responsible for technical service sales intended for the existing installed base of Olympus devices for all customer segments
- Qualify inbound leads and assess customer potential for correct customer segment allocation
- Manage own sales activity and pipeline according to existing guidelines to reach yearly/monthly sales quota by product line; constantly follow up and maintain own pipeline and lead flow in the CRM system matching the established KPIs
- Participate in classroom and e-learning training sessions on products and applications, sales skills and digital selling
Your qualifications
- Technical university degree (three- or five-year degree)
- Several years of proven sales experience (either field or inside sales)
- Proven track record of successfully pitching to customers for new business and opportunities
- Knowledge of lead qualification and management in cooperation with marketing departments
- Experience in the use of virtual/digital channels applied to sales and lead management processes and in working with CRM systems
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent German language skills and proficiency in English, additional languages such as Danish and/or Dutch advantageous
