We are currently looking for a

Business Intelligence Manager (m/f/d)

This is a full-time position, based remotely.

Your Mission:

You will be identifying, shaping and delivering a Business Intelligence strategy that delivers incremental business benefits using analytics, modelling and BI systems for the business. You will contribute essentially for transforming Learnship into a business that differentiates and competes on data-driven insight and analytics; enabling the business to optimize our strategic decision-making.

• Develop a Business Intelligence strategy and function to deliver accelerated growth across the business areas
• Support the building of the BI and analytics strategic and roadmap planning, improving business capability and BI technical capability
• Continue to build out and improve the company's data architecture, reporting and analytical capabilities
• Take responsibility for data standards, analytical methodologies including econometric modelling, predictive modelling, segmentation, reporting, customer analytics and descriptive statistics
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to build and support the alignment of performance KPIs through self-service dashboards. Providing timely and consistent data, clearly visualized
• Influence executive members and other business leaders to accept and adopt ideas and analytical solutions
• Ensure regular and frequent release of new self-service reporting capabilities to the key business areas
• Foster a data-informed approach across the entire organization

About you:

• You have experience either in analytics, business intelligence or Senior IT data role preferably in a SaaS environment
• You combine hands-on experience with strong analytical skills and show love for date
• You are results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
• You are able to transform data into action
• You show expertise in data modelling, both logical and physical and have strong capabilities in Microsoft PowerBI
• You have a commercial understanding of corporate and operational business issues such as a understanding of marketing strategy, P&L management, budgeting etc.
• You are a strong communicator and show high ability to collaborate cross-functionally towards business goals
• You desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt to change
• Most importantly, you are a relentless executor of innovative ideas and an open-minded pioneer who does not hesitate to think outside the box!
