Your Tasks

• Resource and manage global commercial transport & truck charging team to deliver on its objectives and core tasks
  • monitor sales and delivery performance
  • keep up-to-speed with market/technology/policy trends, and co-develop policy positions
• Maintain internal sales channels and initiate global partnerships with multi-national companies
• Evolve E.ONs strategic positioning and USP for commercial transport & truck  charging solutions for depots, public hubs and flexible charging solutions
• Establish communication channels and capability exchange between network and solutions business to deliver projects
• Act as senior interface to partners and internal stakeholders

Your Profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a Quantitative Program
• Experience of leading people, and of managing successful international teams
• Knowledge and experience in the field of eMobility and/ or commercial transport, experience in grid business is a plus
• Strategic thinker with commercial mindset, and experience of interrogating business cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with desire to build strong networks across different cultures/functions and experience of managing senior stakeholders
• Ability to deal with complexity and enthusiasm to solve problems independently
• Proficiency in English; additional languages, especially German, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian are a plus
