We are looking for a Working Student to join our Operations team within the E.ON Drive Infrastructure GmbH in Essen as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Continuously develop the branding material of our chargers (e.g. charging instructions, screensaver, …) with a focus on improving customer journeys and usability
  • Perform customer tests, evaluate feedback, and derive actions
  • Further improve our customer touchpoints
  • Analyze and collect competitor insights (strategy, pricing, charging park and hardware design) via desktop research & on-site visits

Your profile

  • Enrolled student (preferably business or communication) with an interest in the energy industry
  • Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment
  • Hands-on mentality, pick up what needs to be done to complete your (sub-) project
  • Customer centric and strong communication skills
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Beneficial skills: experience in user testing, design of customer journeys and product design
