We are looking for a Supply Chain Expert (f/m/d) to join our International Procurement team. 

Your Tasks

• Develop, deploy and utilize best-practice approaches, methods & tools and build up core capabilities within the Supply Chain organization in Data Analytics / Cost Analysis
• Develop holistic methodology to combine external bidding process towards the Customer with costing intelligence based on Supply Chain data
• Support teams consisting of E.ON Supply Chain, business representatives and technical experts to structure business challenges with the help of Smart Analytics or Cost Engineering and drive improvements resulting thereof
• Enhance E.ON’s demand planning across categories by applying a structured approach derived from historic spend data as well as market data
• Analyze business needs with Smart Analytics / Cost Analysis methods and integrate these insights into plan-to-strategy and source-to-contract activities such as market development, category strategies and cost impact analysis
• Create and cultivate cooperative relationships within the Supply Chain units and across the businesses to exchange know-how and ideas in regards to Smart Analytics and Cost Analysis

Your Profile

• Relevant academic degree (Master or equivalent) or similar education
• Strategic thinker with proven track record of value adding application/implementation of data analytics and cost engineering projects
• Ability to recognize patterns and connections in data pools and transform into savings
• Several years of experience in operational as well as strategic Supply Chain roles, preferably in different international corporations and industries 
• Highly developed analytical and communication skills, a structured work style with a pragmatic hands-on approach
• Proficient in MS-Office especially in Excel, ideally experience in Orpheus
• Comfortable with conflicts and able to question “conventional” approaches, incorporate other views and to convince with facts
• Willingness to travel and temporary work at E.ONs (inter-)national units
• Fluency in English is a pre-requisite; knowledge of the German language an advantage
