We are looking for an eMobility Business Development manager to help us pushing our wonderful solution for charging Electric Vehicles (EV) into the rest of Europe market. Location base is our office in Berlin (Germany), but it can be other country in Europe. You will report to the Global Head of Sales, eMobility division.

The person we are looking for is a pioneer within Schneider Electric. He/she should gain knowledge in the country landscape, searching for new possibilities to support the growth of selling the Schneider Electric eMobility solutions.

 

As an eMobility Business development manager your role is to:

  • Search for opportunities to support our growth ambition on growing our eMobility business in rest of Europe countries including Iberia, Italy, CEE, SEE
  • Build and lead the team of business developers / sales representatives and Product application engineers in the different countries named as rest of Europe.
  • Support the countries to create and execute business plans focusing on key applications and markets like home / buildings / fleet
  • Support the local teams in countries to attract and platform new customers and business non addressed by the existing SE salesforces: eMobility dedicated companies, car makers, lease car companies, Delivery companies, start-ups, eMobility installers.
  • Support the local teams in countries to support traditional accounts like contractors, end users, distributors addressed by existing SE sales forces.
  • Understand customer environment, decision makers in a project.
  • Have a clear understanding of our products and solutions and know how to position this in the market.
  • Follow the latest industry developments and keep up to date with companies' competitors
  • Support the local teams in countries to follow and pilot the opportunity pipe in the country.
  • Support and negotiate and close deals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Grow the business via clear business plan per country / application / GTM (direct and indirect).
  • Key responsibilities on top line (orders and sales) and profitability
  • Create a winning team in the different countries with clear prioritization and focus in targeted applications and customers like end users, specifiers, partners, distributors, contractors, installers...
  • Be the SPOC for the countries and the link between the division and the countries.
