Finance, Accounting & Compliance Intern (m/f/d)

The Pacifico Renewables Yield Group is a young and dynamic – yet publicly listed – independent power producer investing in Renewable Energy assets. Our team is currently looking for a Finance, Accounting & Compliance Intern for two to six months.

In your role as a Finance, Accounting & Compliance Intern, you will:

• Assume responsibility for your own workstreams and support the company’s Finance team with various projects
• Conduct comprehensive research and analyses regarding topics in the area of finance, accounting, tax and compliance
• Identify, develop as well as continuously improve finance and compliance processes throughout the entire organization
• Assist in preparing the semiannual and the annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS
• Work closely and coordinate with other departments and external partners and advisors to drive projects

As a potential candidate, you have:

• An impeccable academic track record in the field of business administration with a focus on tax, accounting, finance or compliance
• Passion for finance, tax, compliance or accounting related topics and renewable energies
• Strong analytical and technical skills combined with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and hands-on approach to work
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• An entrepreneurial and performance-driven mindset and a team player mentality
• Experience in accounting under HGB/IFRS as well as German tax law is considered as a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
