Customer Data Integration/EDI Specialist (m/f/d) - Order Management

Your Role

In our business-driven team you will be responsible to make sure data flows smoothly between us and our customers. You will be able to fill that responsibility mainly by being a specialist in K+Ns EDI infrastructure, but also by being informed about EDI solutions that are in place at our customers. Often you won't do EDI-mappings in these tools yourself, but you will consult others on best practices. However if needed you know K+Ns systems well enough to solve many EDI-issues yourself. You will work in a small team with global responsibilities, in which a big part of the job is to communicate with other K+N-teams worldwide to help them onboard and run their customers.\r\nThis position is an ideal fit for you if you already have experience in the EDI area and would like to be in a more communicative position. You will need to be \'on top of the game\' when it's about technical knowledge and you'll use that knowledge to consult others or solve their problems as third-level-support. You identify recurring issues and avoid them in the future by proactively creating documentation, examples or trainings.

Your Responsibilities

• Consult our global implementation teams on best solutions for getting data to our customers
• Gain deep knowledge of our EDI offerings as well as other ways to get data to customers (for example our OData Bring-Your-Own-BI solution)
• Be the \'go-to\' person when there are questions about EDI or data supply in general
• Build up a world-wide Order Management EDI community
• Test and maintain our standard EDI solutions
• Act as third-level-support for EDI issues
• Translate business requirements into work items for our IT

Your Skills and Experiences

• Very good knowledge about EDI formats and communication protocols, either with a business- or an IT-background
• Willingness to learn and to make topics your own
• Fluent in the English language
• Very good communication skills and likes to work in multicultural environments
• Analytical capability, systematic thinking
• Good people skills; personable, persuasive and presentable with high levels of drive, energy and self-motivation
• Team-player, capable of developing strong rapport with colleagues and customers
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines. Target oriented. Attention to detail
