Financial Head (w/m/d) of Dynamowerk (Sales)

You are leading a team of 2-3 people and you are responsible for all commercial aspects of our bids to internal as well as external customers Crucially, you will simplify and standardize our bidding process in DW In addition, you build up and continuously expand your network with our LDA Sales Region to increase efficient collaboration and our market shares Furthermore, you ensure continuous monitoring of product cost and contribution margins You will provide regular transparency on status and progress to management Equally, you will derive measures to continuously improve the competitiveness of DW You safeguard product target cost achievements and productivity measures by creating cost transparency throughout the product lifecycle. You secure a smooth and standardize handover between Sales and Order Management Your responsibilities include the planning and reporting of Sales and Product Management and you will be supporting the Head of DW Sales Your profile. The basis of your success is a bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent Building on that, you have relevant, extensive commercial experience (5+ years) in a project-driven environment, preferably in sales positions (and preferably in a factory environment) Furthermore, you have already experience with contract law, terms and conditions and managing risks You are a team player and equally a team leader able to coordinate activities Additionally, you know how to act as an interface to other departments and internal as well as external stakeholders Your initiative and results orientation makes you stand out even more, equally to your networking capabilities You are motivated by shaping your own area of responsibility and continuous development of your team You are a native speaker in German and proficient in English (verbal & written) and you are confident in using MS-Office as well as SAP R/3 First experiences with the digitalization of existing reporting structures (Dash, Tableau / Qlik, Power BI) compliments your profile We want you.
