Senior Application Owner (f/m/d) Data Analytics

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile (Preferred) Master’s degree in business administration, business informatics, information technology or equal, ideally with certificate in project management 5+ years of professional working experience in Controlling and/or Procurement on corporate level 3+ professional working experience in application management of global tools with large number of interfaces 3+ years’ experience in project management and leading mixed functional and technical teams Ability to interact with and communicate on executive level Experience with active / independent handling of monthly reporting routines Knowledge / experience with ERP and data analytics systems especially SAP FI and MM, and with Data analytics and Databases (SQL) Experience with cloud-based database solutions, BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) and an understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture Strong analytical skills with problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus Organized, ability to work independent and within a team to achieve given objectives Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results Strong resilience while working under time pressure 10 – 20% business travel (international & domestic) and international working experience preferred Your responsibilities Responsibility for the adjustments and further development of our central procurement application ‘SCM CORE’, providing transparency regarding PVO and POV related KPIs and transactions Ensure the completeness and up to date of the related extractor installations (GPDI) Accountability for the smooth operations of the tool including data management & maintenance in SCM CORE & GPDI for all general data related topics & processes (e.g., hierarchies, enrichments, calculations, validations, requests) and coordinates related tasks with the data content responsible and the data management Screening and improvement of the connection coverage for related ERP systems Governance regarding authorization of application, interfaces, and data as a service Coordination and quality gate for functional user demand Develop and steer further development roadmap Alignment of Roadmap with PCR (Procurement Controlling & Reporting) and Management Advisory role for the business regarding optimal usage of SCM CORE and potential application of additional best practice uses cases 3rd level support for business requests, ensuring clarification of bugs / inconsistencies Coordination and alignment with all SCM CORE interfaces Your opportunities for personal growth Be part of a growing function with a dynamic, challenging, and inspiring working environment in the energy business Provides ability to work with a wide range of businesses and functions to gain knowledge of the operational and commercial processes in the business Gain an overview of the full breadth of Siemens Energy digitalization transformation program working with all business segments around the world LET’S TALK ABOUT US \'Let’s make tomorrow different today\' is our genuine commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the way to a sustainable future.
