Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation Engineering Manager - Global Position

Key purpose of your role is to manage Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation engineering support to the engineering departments of the different operating companies as well as coordinating the roll-out and implementation of the group's ambitious Automation/Digitisation road map for 13 terminals worldwide. You will ensure optimal knowledge sharing from the corporate centre towards the terminals and vice versa and you will report directly to the Vice President Engineering in Antwerp. Your Key Responsibilities include : • Leading design & implementation of electrical and automation systems, components and applications within the regions on a global scale according to CED standards. •Supervision and development of EI&A related calculations,specifications, PID's, schemes, conceptual studies, engineeringdocuments and reliability/availability requirements for new buildsor expansion projects.          • Ensuring that state-of-the-art quality,legal, timing & planning and budgetary requirements are met.•Coordinating with the CED team and the regional A&O Managers,the Operations, IT and Engineering Managers. • Driving the localE&I and DCS Engineers to meet milestones and KPI's.              • Monitoringreview & discussion of E&I CapEx proposals within the differentregions. • Representing the company towards customers,authorities, contractors and regulatory agencies. • Acting as a keyproduct owner for ISA-95 Level 1 & 2 Automation Systems anddriving standardization of Control Systems in the group.
