The Technology Group is part of E.ON’s Digital resort. Its mission is to architect, implement and operate E.ON’s group-wide digital platform and business applications. We are looking for a Senior Strategic Advisor (f/m/d), who works on various initiatives to ensure, that we deliver high quality services for our businesses and people.

Tasks:

• Understand group-wide needs for IT services in close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Understand and reflect the voice of individual users, derive actionable KPIs for short and mid-term impact
• Define quality bars across Technology Group incl. operational and strategic KPIs
• Develop and implement roadmap for quality improvements, aligned with Technology Group leadership team
• Develop and implement change management approach incl. communication of quality challenges and improvements on behalf of the Technology Group
• Constantly challenge the status quo with market insights, internal and external best practices
• Act as role model for digital experience and workstyle

Qualifications:

• Significant experience digital change management initiatives
• Significant experience in digital innovation and quality improvement programs
• Longstanding expertise of disciplinary responsibility for teams
• Extensive experience of leading international, cross-functional, large scale projects
• Strong ability to communicate, also to non-technical management
• Strong ability to initiate and drive change, anticipate situations, and needs and find flexible answers to new situations
• Higher academic degree (Master, PhD), preferably in engineering or computer science
• Excellent command of English
