• 5+ years of solid & proven Project Management experiences (AGILE/SCRUM/KANBAN) in the field of hardware related products
• Preferable experience in Clickup
• Completed technical or business studies with technical understanding
• Excellent knowledge of the German / English language, both written and spoken
• Reliability, team spirit and hands-on mentality
• You also like to think outside the box
• You have proven leadership skills
• Cost awareness, affinity for numbers and knowledge of business administration
• They can identify, describe and build up missing human resources

• Leading our development team (project-related)
• Being the first contact person between external/internal stakeholders and our team
• Presenting offers and solution proposals to stakeholders
• Implementing KPIs to monitor and maintain the performance/motivation of the team and your department
• Tracking all project-relevant data and help determining the direction in which we develop our products
• Managing and coordinating tasks to reach our project goals in time
• Effort estimates of all tasks together with our team
• Coordinating all development deliverables with external development partners
• Initiative to test own ideas and best practices
• Managing and navigating the product approval processes like CE, FM Approval and others
• Apply valid standards, norms and best practices
