What we are looking for

• Organize and coordinate program team meetings, such as sprint meetings
• Lead daily stand-up meetings
• Maintain project planning activities in Azure DevOps
• Assist with business analysis as needed, such as documenting business requirements
• Coordinate and execute internal and external communication strategies

Who we are seeking

• Bachelor's or a Masters's in business administration or other related disciplines
• Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) in English, with emphasis on demonstrated ability to concisely explain complex topics
• Practical work experience with Microsoft Office
• Intercultural awareness and international orientation
• Awareness of agile delivery processes such as Scrum and Kanban, experience with Azure DevOps, PowerBI and familiarity with energy trading is a plus
• Proficient in German is a plus
