EMEA Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Then come and join our global team as EMEA Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d) to drive the achievements of objectives and strategy of ultrasound in defined countries. This role can be filled within Germany, Italy, UK or France. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will be responsible for driving business growth in the EMEA Region, and you will work closely with the regional leadership to drive topline forecast, high-level planning and goal setting You will manage the accuracy by rigorously implementing and tracking key operations and business metrics, driving transparency and visibility of monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast and target achievement You will be responsible for managing the periodic equipment backlog review, running analytics to drive accuracy in monthly revenue and unit forecasts and execute predictive analytics to drive strategy and actions You will work with Marketing and Sales teams to support and benchmark regional sales programs You will provide status updates and executive reporting to leadership at regular intervals You will leverage daily operational experience to drive improvement in CRM data quality, analytics and reporting, and drive the commercial organization through data You will work with the product management and marketing team and act as a conduit for CRM processes You will perform SPS (Structured Problem Solving) analyses to support improvement initiatives around sales operations and processes To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You have a university degree in operations, engineering, controlling or business operations You have several years of experience in commercial and operational acumen, with senior experience demonstrating a sound understanding of how to interpret data and translate these to support strategy You have experience of SAP BW and experience in sales processes and sales tools. Knowledge of tools like QlikView/ Qlik Sense dashboards, Power BI You have excellent data visualization and presentation skills, with the ability to collect, analyze and present complex information in a clear, transparent and efficient manner You have extensive experience in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools/processes (e.g. Salesforce, Shareville, etc.) You have knowledge of the ultrasound business environment and/or logistics processes (preferred) Your attributes and skills: You are fluent in English; other European languages are an asset You are teamwork-oriented and have a collaborative attitude You have an affinity for sales and a strong ambition to grow and build ultrasound success Our global team: Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company. 66,000 dedicated colleagues in over 70 countries are driven to shape the future of healthcare.
