About the role

The Manager Project Finance (m/f/d) will enhance the Project Finance Team, tackle the growing Wind and Solar Project Pipeline and handle additional IPP Project Finance demands.

The position is (preferably) located in Munich but working remotely is also an option.

What You Will Do

• You will autonomously prepare and implement the national and international project finance transactions for renewable energy projects in the field of wind, photovoltaic and biogas
• You will be responsible for supporting the entire process from the design of tenders over the assignment of mandates to typical CP completion and post-closing activities
• You will be in charge of the tendering and monitoring of due diligence processes (financial, technical, legal and insurance)
• You will manage ongoing relationship with national and international banks and consultants
• You will be responsible for the commercial support for the project teams from acquisition over realization up to project sales, e.g. regarding structuring as well as tax aspects
• You will determine innovative structuring and financing forms
• You will be responsible for the modelling of banking and equity cases

Your Profile

• Academic Degree in business administration, economics, banking or industrial engineering
• Relevant professional experience in project financing gained in a national and international context
• Professional knowledge and ability to understand the complexity of project business, ideally in the renewable energies field
• Commercial support for the project teams from acquisition over realization up to project sales or transfer to IPP, e.g. regarding structuring as well as tax aspects
• Excellent applied Excel skills e.g. in the field of creating and adapting detailed cash flow models
• Very good English, ideally also German communication skills, both written and spoken, other foreign languages or international experiences are an advantage
