These challenges await you

• Execution of hardware design reviews and documentation of the results for the projects, as well as preparation of risk analyses
• Creation and updating of technical or methodical standards for hardware electronics (design rules, technologies) according to the specifications of the HW Standardization Committee
• Use of the technical or methodological standards through creation and execution of VTI trainings
• On-job trainings and coaching of the local HW teams
• Supporting the projects and developing technical solution proposals
• Supporting the development of HW expertise (technical surveys, market analysis, benchmark & reverse engineering, patent analysis, etc.)
