Your tasks and responsibilities: You set up the infrastructure, e.g. our Innosabi-based SHIFT Community Platform, creating and maintaining Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint & Flows and support us with technical backend tasks You support us with the organization of events, invitations, newsletters & social media communication You contribute to the creation of content, e.g. on our intranet pages, as well as in our social media community Yammer You are also entrusted with the development of innovative methods for the community, such as Design Thinking, Customer Journey Creation or Creativity Methods, etc. Another area of responsibility is the implementation and documentation of interactive sessions such as workshops, activities & talks To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/de/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You are studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, International Information System Management or similar An interdisciplinary background would be an advantage for your work with us You bring energy, motivation and intrapreneurial spirit with you and are keen to tackle things on your own and to push them forward at full speed You have broad knowledge of requirements engineering IT affinity is a must for your activities with us due to the virtual events You have experience and / or openness to work in modern community systems like Yammer (SIEMENS) LinkedIN Microsoft Office 365 (Power App, Flow, etc.) Your attributes and skills: You are an open personality with a positive mindset & high drive You enjoy developing creative solutions and breaking new ground You are characterized by a structured approach You enjoy getting to know new people You have a very good command of written and spoken English You are available to us for a longer period of time, at least 6 months, preferably longer Our global team: Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company. 66,000 dedicated colleagues in over 70 countries are driven to shape the future of healthcare.
