What we are looking for

• Support administrative & reporting activities for key stakeholder, incl. Board level
• Deal with commercial and technical performance reports
• Take ownership of tasks
• Contribute with ideas and engagement for continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify & implement opportunities for automated reporting and digital visualizations

Who we are seeking

• Good analytical and numerate skills with ability to work to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail under time constraints 
• Strong know how on standard IT tools like MS Excel and Power Point and affinity using further IT application 
• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) would be a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer orientation 
• Dependable team player, open to new ideas and seeking continuous process improvements 
• Being able to work in a self-reliant manner and flexible attitude to tasks
• Student in engineering, economics, business management or an appropriate professional qualification  
• German language skills required, business fluent in written and spoken English
