Due to the war in Ukraine and the many refugees coming to countries in which BayWa r.e. is operating, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to coordinate our HR related activities to help refugees for the mid- to long term.

As we are a dynamically growing company, we are offering a permanent position also beyond the refugee project. To expand our Corporate HR team, based in Munich we are currently looking for a People Development Manager & HR Coordinator for refugees (m/f/d):
 

What You Will Do

• You first project & priority will be to set-up and coordinate a trainee program and a stipends program for refugees from the war in Ukraine with internal and external partners
• You act as a HR Generalist and go-to person supporting our local HR Managers/HR Business Partner colleagues to integrate the participants in the trainee program and to facilitate admin topics arising from the difficult and dynamic situation
• You design a concept to transition the refugee-oriented trainee & stipend programs to become a regular part of our HR offering
• You will design and maintain L&D offers to support our global team
• You will digitize and improve processes to make development measures available globally
• You will support our HR Manager/HR Business Partner colleagues around the globe to facilitate local people development
• You will partner with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. business managers & directors, regional and local HR teams) across locations and act as a consultant on people development

What You Bring

• Holding a degree in psychology or educational sciences or other relevant studies
• Significant experience in People Development and HR Administration work
• Experience in working with refugees and their specific situation a strong plus
• Experience in designing and driving activities in remote working environments
• Experience in working with external stakeholders, such as universities, training providers and consultants
• Ability to understand complexity and communicate effectively
• Experience in working in international corporate environments and intercultural sensitivity
• Excellent English and German Ukrainian and/or Russian language are strong a plus
• Open to the changes of digitization and implementing them in your daily work.
