Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a Head of Technical Back Office - Endpoint Management (f/m/d) to support our team in our headquarter in Munich.

If you are interested in using the latest Microsoft technologies to provide best in user experience and security then this is the position for you. You will be working with Windows Autopilot and Apple Device Enrolment Program to deliver state of the art device management.

 

What You Will Do

• You'll create a stable and secure digital workplace with controlled configuration and change management
• You continuously improve the user experience by keeping up to date with the latest features and trends 
• You report on KPIs and identify areas for improvement. You ensure that the SLAs for quality and time are met
• You collaborate with the rest of the team on up-and-coming changes
• You approve requests for new software demands and ensure the performance of the following tasks: software packaging, testing, deployment, vulnerability and patch management
• You establish procedures for testing and selection of hardware and peripherals and check compatibility with our applications
• You provide guidance/trainings for other IT areas
• You generate and maintain operational and other procedural documentation

• 3+ years’ experience in IT Device Administration
• First experiences in team leadership
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and Apple Device Enrolment Program is required
• Knowledge and experience with custom application packages and PowerShell is valued
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS and iOS with Intune knowledge of device management is valued
• Experience with Azure DevOps is valued
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong English written and verbal communications are essential
• Proven ability to offer high level support in an enterprise environment
