Our portfolio includes the development and realization of solar rooftop installations, storage and charging solutions as well as power supply contracts in the key markets of Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for a

Technical & Commercial Sales Manager (f/d/m)



What You Will Do

  • You reinforce the international Key Account Management with highly professional technical sales support
  • You take over responsibility, calculate the project costs and propose the most suitable and original solutions to meet the customer’s needs
  • You review solar system engineering designs, modelling and performance data,
    and provide engineering support during the sales process
  • You coordinate project documentation and assessment of technical risk factors
  • You systemize the input from Systems Design, Project Management, Commercial calculation, Legal, Services and others
  • You maintain design and proposal requirements, knowledge of codes and standards, design procedures
  • You support relationship management with customers to ensure the quality of our offerings during the whole sales cycle and support the sales team in technical discussions with customers and site surveys
  • You increase and update your knowledge on technical and regulatory developments in requested countries
  • You always search new ways to optimize, improve and standardize the bidding process


What You Bring

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • You have a passion for both technical and commercial business aspects
  • You bring along min. 5 years of experience in the energy sector, with focus on the technical treatment and/or Project Management of PV solutions
  • You are fluent speaking and excellent written in German and English, any other European language would be a benefit
  • You have excellent skills in communications, time management and conflict resolution
  • You are technically and digitally inclined
  • You are an independent, flexible, proactive person, who can prioritize, meet tight deadlines and is able to manage work without supervision
  • You are a team worker who embodies the company’s core values
