The Treasury Team is part of BayWa r.e. Holding and reports directly to the BayWa r.e. Executive Board. We are responsible for establishing and maintaining a banking relationship, raising external financing to foster our international growth path, organizing internal funding and cash management processes, providing guarantees to secure our contractual obligation and analyzing, hedging fx and interest rate risks. To support us, we are currently looking for an experienced Project Finance Loan Portfolio Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Munich.

What You Will Do

• You manage and administrate the external and internal loan agreements for BayWa r.e's operational renewable energy projects portfolio ensuring all contractual reporting responsibilities, including e.g. creating and/or submitting financial statements, compliance reports, cash flows and operations budgets
• You are responsible for proactive communication and ongoing relationship management with national and international banks with a clear focus on the current status and future activities of BayWa r.e.´s project portfolio
• You support the Project Finance team with the implementation of national and international project finance transactions for wind and solar projects on or around Project Finance completion
• You are in charge of Cash Flow Management as e.g. performing debt service, dividend and coordinating regular opex payments
• You implement an internal and external reporting standard and perform regularly reporting obligations
• You support in reviewing and updating the financial model
• You assist in implementing and monitoring an fx- and interest hedging strategy for operational projects

What You Bring

• Academic degree in business administration, economics, banking
• Relevant professional experience in administering and managing project financing agreements gained in a national and international context
• Professional knowledge and ability to understand the complexity of operational renewable energy projects
• Outstanding communication skills as an interdisciplinary team player in an international business environment
• Relevant applied Excel skills e.g. in the field of creating and adapting detailed cash flow models
• Very good English, ideally also German communication skills, both written and spoken, other foreign languages or international experiences are an advantage
