Your tasks will include:

• The Vehicle Validator independently manages the validation activities (type test and approval) within a project or several projects (B- or C-size).


• Responsibility for the structuring and technical management of the Test Integration Management Organisation within a project.


• Professional and technical leadership of the TIM team in the day-to-day business to ensure the fulfilment of the quality, time and cost (QTC) targets within a project.


• Responsibility for the application and compliance of the integrated test strategy within his project with the requirements of the CoE Testing and Validation.


• Design phase: Definition of the scope as well as the organisation of the required approval and validation tests as well as the validation documentation within the specified deadlines and quality.


• Test phase: Responsibility for compliance with the applicable processes and standards. Test monitoring/evaluation


• After the test phase : preparation of the project documentation / validation report for submission to the respective authorities.

Key requirements:

•  Completed university education, preferably in the engineering field

•  Knowledge in the field of vehicle approval and validation is desirable


•  Experience in coordination and technical management


•  Expert knowledge of complex systems


•  MS-Office skills (MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point)


•  Independent and self-reliant work and the ability to solve problems


•  Excellent communication skills and a confident manner in dealing with internal and external partners


•  Ability to work in a team, willingness to make decisions, assertiveness, result-orientation


•  Very good language skills in English (at least level B2) and German
