Sales Manager, Central Europe

Location:

 Central Europe / extensive travel

Manager: Commercial Director - Europe, Middle East & Africa 

Role purpose:

To be responsible for managing day-to-day after-sales activities, processing new customer opportunities in the territory. In addition to direct prospecting and selling to key target companies, you will also be responsible for managing the success of independent channel partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Effectively work with cross functional teams to develop technical and business requirements for qualified opportunities
  • Manage and maximise the sales productivity of our independent Channel Partners located in the Central European territory
  • Implement sales strategies for improvement based on Central Europe market research and competitor analysis
  • Frequently provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual Central European territory bookings projections
Experience and behaviours:

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a strong technical orientation and technical education and possess the following knowledge, experience, and skills:

  • BA degree in process engineering or in a related field preferred
  • Significant experience within natural gas treating, environmental emissions, renewable natural gas industries or refining/petrochemicals
  • Proven experience managing business development and sales activities
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and German
  • A true “hunter” role who enjoys prospecting
