We are looking for a Working student Commercial Programming (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Country Hub Germany GmbH team. If you are interested, please apply by .

Your tasks:

• Community building: Create and manage the group-wide Connect page for Customer Solutions
• Competitive monitoring: Conduct research on market and competitive trends in our Customer Solutions markets and analyze implications for E.ON on a regular basis
• E.ON Business System: Support the team and join interviews with our country contacts, document the results, analyze qualitative and quantitative findings and derive conclusions for strategic priorities
• Structuring & tracking: Set up and own the Microsoft Teams structure for Commercial Programming and track actions for the team
• Presentations: Support the entire team in preparing presentations for key stakeholder meetings and team events
• Meetings & Workshops: Prepare, moderate and follow-up team meetings and workshops in the Customer Solutions area (e.g. Allhands meetings, Get-together, Offsites)
• Events: Support the team to conceptionalize and prepare the annual Customer Solutions Summit

Your profile:

• You are enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Engineering Studies or similar courses of study
• You have a mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment
• You have a solution and customer-oriented thinking as well as strong analytical skills
• You take initiative, act with a sense of urgency and strive for excellence
• You are creative and open-minded with an ability to link theoretical scenarios with actual feasibility for the company
• You are a great team player with advanced communication skills
• You are able to speak English fluently
