Contracts Engineer - South Holland - Dutch Speaker

Do you like to be engaged in the development of partnerships with relevant suppliers, and contracts for the supply of spare parts? Function description

• Data analysis and data structuring;
• Working on tender packages including draft frame agreement and contract to selected suppliers;
• Being involved in tendering and contracting process;
• Selecting suppliers and conducting pre-qualifications and evaluation of potential suppliers;
• Preparing bid-evaluation sheets for internal review and approval;
• Negotiating Terms and Conditions and pricing with vendors in liaison with the Legal Department;
• Managing the assigned portfolio of frame agreements/contracts.

Requirements

Good knowledge of the English and Dutch languages, both written and spokenBSc or MSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Engineering & management Commercial Law or equivalent experienceNEVI 1&2, CIPS, IFPPM or other courses is considered an advantageMinimum of 5 years’ contracting or tactical procurement experienceGeneral (technical) knowledge of industry practicesExcellent negotiation skillsExcellent analytical skillsThe ability to create and maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders (technical Department and vessel crew)Results driven, common sense and hands-on mentalityKnowledge of ERP and MS Office systems/applications
