As a Global HR Controller & Analyst (f/m/d), you will be part of our Corporate HR Team and act as a facilitator for providing information related to People Controlling and Analytics by using digitalization the smart way. The position is located at our Headquarters in Munich but with lots of flexibility to work from home or the offices in Freiburg or Tübingen. Due to our dynamic growth and the rising demand for digitalization in Human Resources, we are currently looking for you to join our Global HR Systems Team.

What You Will Do

• Further development of the status-quo and implementation of group-wide standards regarding HR controlling & analytics through optimal use of digital means (e.g. HRIS, Power BI)
• Ensuring quality standards regarding data, key figures and KPIs are met and continuously reviewed
• Central contact person for the Executive Board, as well as Corporate HR and our Global HR Community in all matters of HR controlling & analytics
• Close cooperation with Controlling & Financial Accounting regarding HR cost reporting, HR cost planning and forecasting (e.g. capacities, accruals)
• Providing ad-hoc and standard HR reports (e.g. shareholder reports) and analysis
• Introducing suitable benchmarks for certain areas and related key figures and KPIs
• Contribute to the conceptual design of a new global HR system within the area of HR controlling & analytics by delivering related requirements to the project team and supporting during the implementation phase

What You Bring

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or economics with focus on Controlling, or comparable qualifications
• In-depth expertise in the field of operational and strategic HR controlling & analytics, knowledge of payroll accounting desirable
• Proven experience carrying out your tasks through strong support of a HRIS and BI tool
• High numerical affinity and a very good understanding of complex interrelationships and processes
• Solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking with a collaborative and hands-on mentality, as well as a high degree of diligence
• Strong communication skills on all levels to interact effectively with all stakeholders
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel; knowledge in Power BI is a big plus
• Business fluent in spoken and written English, German desirable
