Specialist for Technical EPC Documentation (m/f/d)

Full-time, Berlin

Your tasks will include:

• Preparation of project related technical descriptions and documents such as project information for HSE files for different project phases, Pre-construction information, Quality Assurance Manuals and O&M manuals (editorial, layout and content work in cooperation with responsible colleagues)
• Compilation of project-specific as-built documentation, mainly for externally supplied as-built documentation from suppliers and sub-contractors
• Ensure the as-built documentation quality remains up to standards, e.g. by managing internal review and approval processes
• Further development of the format, content and usability of the documentation
• Working together with the designated project team members as well as departments involved

Your Profile:

• Background and Experience:

• Technician or degree in engineering, renewable energies or related fields
• Basic understanding of the functioning and main components of a PV system as well as the construction and operation of utility scale PV installations
• Sound knowledge of occupational HSE concepts and the ability to include into a technical project documentation
• >3 years of experience and knowledgeable in the above-mentioned field of activity, preferably with a focus on ground mounted PV systems

• Required Skills:

• Proactive team player with a high degree of self-management, assertiveness and dedication to the task at hand
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn
• Ability to draft/draw up texts
• Competent use of MS Office applications, document management systems and professional software solutions
• Strong interest in working in an international environment
• Languages: English is our day-to-day working language. Knowledge in German or any other language will be helpful
