(Junior-) Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f/d) - Order Management

Your Role

In our business-driven team you will be responsible for the requirements engineering, creation and maintenance of global standard dashboards for the Order Management area. \r\nThese will be used by our internal and external customers around the globe. Additionally you will help building up standardized, reusable reporting datasources by giving your \r\ninput from a front-end perspective. You will work in a small team with global responsibilities, so many of the things you do will have a direct impact on many people around the world. That’s part of the challenge – but also highly motivational.

Your Responsibilities

• Create global standard Tableau-Dashboards which will be used by internal and external customers
• Act as important driver of the international Order Management reporting community
• Create guides and documentation to help other report creators worldwide to create dashboards
• Gather and specify requirements for standard order management BI datasources
• Act as third-level-support for BI issues
• Translate business requirements into work items for our IT
• Gather knowledge in SAP BO, OData and other reporting-related tools to help our community

Your Skills and Experiences

• Knowledge of Tableau or another visual reporting tool
• Experience in other BI-related technologies, like Oracle SQL, OData or SAP Business Objects (BO) would be a plus
• Fluent in the English language
• Very good communication skills and likes to work in multicultural environments
• Strong visual skills. Analytical capability, systematic thinking
• Good people skills; personable, persuasive and presentable with high levels of drive, energy and self-motivation
• Team-player, capable of developing strong rapport with colleagues and customers
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines. Target oriented. Attention to detail
