(Senior) Associate - Project Development Spain (m/f/d)

Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH is a renewable energy company. It facilitates the acquisition of operational and turn-key wind and solar plants, develops new green-field projects, repowers existing plants and provides state-of-the-art asset management services.

Your key accountabilities

• Identifying and assessing PV and wind onshore development opportunities mainly for the Spanish market
• Managing the overall development process from project identification to commercial operation
• Leading contract negotiations, e.g. sale-purchase agreements to acquire project rights, development services and EPC agreements
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including developers, landowners, authorities, grid operator, technical and legal advisors and EPC contractors
• Facilitating the long-term project development strategy of Pacifico Energy Partners in Spain

Requirements

• Master's degree, preferably with an engineering focus (e.g., Renewable Energy, Civil/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Business Engineering, Spatial Planning, Geography, Physics)
• Working experience of at least two years preferably for a renewable energy development firm or similar
• Strong project management skills
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Fluent Spanish (preferable native speaker), English and knowledge of German or additional languages preferable
• Passion for the renewable energy transition
