Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• As Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager you coordinate groupwide activities to ensure cyber security requirements are addressed consistently and appropriately
• Together with our team you develop and improve the cyber security framework, processes, methodologies, and tools to set, monitor, measure, and track the cyber security compliance of E.ON's
• You collaborate effectively with colleagues from units across E.ON to ensure cyber security risks are monitored, mitigated, and managed to our standards 
• You support the cyber risk processes with Enterprise Risk Managment and the Business Units  
• You take responsibility for the cyber risk management processes, drive their improvement, and the development of tools provided by us to ensure they are fit for purpose, effective, and easy to use
• You act as interface for escalation, track agreed actions of, and provide feedback to Information Security Officers and other stakeholders
• As part of the team you support your colleagues working in the cyber security function in general and especially in our department

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field
• Several years of work experience in Information Security, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or in a related field
• Professional certifiations (e.g. CRISC, CISM, CISSP) are beneficial, but not required
• Ability to clearly and concisely explain complex matters to a diverse group of stakeholders from different businesses and cultures as well as build strong and reliable relationships
• A profund understanding of IT, information security, and related domains as well as the attitude to look beyond the horizon
• Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory
