Product Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Product Sales Manager (m/f/d) PMCC ICP BD Product Sales Management / Bonn / Burton / St. Gallen (or other European locations) / fulltime / unlimited Tasks and Responsibilities: Responsibility for sales, results and sales strategy of the division in the assigned sales region for the product range of Industrial Controls /& Protection Identification, implementation and follow-up of growth opportunities in the assigned sales region Close collaboration with the country sales organizations (CSOs) Monthly reports on customer needs / requirements, competitors and the economic environment as well as submission of a sales forecast for the sales region for which you are responsible Support the sales organization on site as contact person for commercial, technical and application-related questions in order to win new customers and maintain customer relationships Budget planning and coordination with the sales organizations as well as ensuring target achievement Coordinating and improving processes in cooperation with relevant business partners from e.g., Product Management, Marketing, R&D, SCM & Finance Development and implementation of regional or product-related pricing strategies Responsibility for the sustainable realization and implementation of corresponding pricing policies Identification of necessary product optimizations / cost reductions within the product range as well as derivation and initiation of measures Qualifications Required qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business administration 5 years of professional experience in sales and/or product management Experience in electrical industry or industrial automation Pro-active problem-solving and effective communication skills Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working Experience in collaboration with distributed („virtual“) development teams at different international locations Fluently English (oral and written), German is a plus Ability to travel globally up to 25% of the time What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
