Working Student System Design (f/d/m)



What You Will Do

• As part of an international team of engineers you design large commercial and industrial solar projects for our international customers in the EMEA region
• You outline 3D-models and yield simulations of the photovoltaic systems to be implemented on site
• You run cable calculations, design inverter layouts, draw construction details as well as check the substructure and generate the corresponding statics
• You create material lists for the purchase order and the document package required for authorization and commissioning of the PV systems
• You are the interface to sales, project management, engineering, and site supervision teams

What You Bring

• You study environmental engineering, civil engineering, renewable energies, or comparable areas
• You are available for up to 20 hours a week
• You are proficient with MS Office and AutoCAD. Skills in other design, construction and PV simulation software tools are also valuable
• You are fluent in business English, other languages are an asset, in particular German
• You are assertive and work well in a team with a structured and responsible way
• You have good communication skills and a structured way of working
