LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile University degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering with focus on power plant business and digital technologies Good knowledge and first experience in programming and data analysis Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Excellent analytical skills with the ability to focus and prioritize with user orientation Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus Your responsibilities Adapt and apply existing digital technologies and applications from traditional gas power plant business to the emerging new energy generation business within Generation Solutions Gather the demands towards the digital technologies and applications across all Generation Solution organizations and regions; cluster and consolidate and elaborate sustainable business cases for dedicated applications Continuously involve the stakeholders in the prioritization decisions Communication of strategy, feature roadmap, success stories Take advantage from the diversity of the stakeholders as well as of the team Your opportunities for personal growth Digitalization is a fundamental element in the strategy for Generation Solutions as well as for whole Siemens Energy.
