We are looking for new people to join our E.ON Drive Infrastructure GmbH team.

Your tasks

• Driving the roadmap to build a leading public charging network across Europe
• Building a differentiating customer proposition for highway, urban and commercial electric vehicle charging in collaboration with the local business managers
• Responsible for building a location pipeline and hunting for cross-regional location partnerships to secure future growth
• Leading cross-functional projects to win EU funding / national location tenders, etc.
• Steering the commercial elements of the electric vehicle charging network expansion & operations: Business plan to support investment decisions, pricing towards partners and customers, tracking of profitability
• Driving the continuous improvement of customer journeys and network profitability by defining, implementing and evaluating innovative and effective performance improvement measures

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in commercial /sales management, business development, consulting, project management, customer management (ideally in an innovative and fast-moving environment)
• Excellent ability to structure & plan – you are someone who lays out a path and follows through rigorously even when met with challenges
• Strategic commercial thinker with analytical skills, commercial toolset and excellent communication skills combined with hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
• Highly self-motivated and willingness to improve your area of responsibility and taking over ownership
• Ideally well-connected in the European eMobility market and experience in working with municipalities and B2B partners
• Love to take on a challenge, grit, and ability to cope with ambiguity
